This is all a lie. Fogassa and company never intended to develop this, or Apollo either for that mater. The bottom line is Fogassa made a lot of money
with this scheme and investors lost. There is no other way to say it. I wish it was, but none that I can see.

No updates, no revenue, nothing but a few words at the end of a paragraph. That Friday AH 10Q did just what it was designed to do, shake out a ton of shares of ATLAS from fearful shareholders only to be bought back on the cheap by those in the know. Now as far as Jupiter goes, this is about as in your face as it gets. Three and a half months of production (supposedly) and not ONE QUARTZ BLOCK SOLD, plus not even a simple update. This was not a mistake, this was orchestrated. I highly doubt there is hardly anybody at the Quarry even. The arrogance of this stuns me, even for Fogassa..

in their new presentation under JG they say they are now selling Quartz to an Italian buyer for export. You would think they would show it a lot more prominently than that, but that is what it says.

This is interesting, seems like the15K buy comes up out of nowhere then all of a sudden it will sit more or less untraded for several days then pick back up.

I do not know either. The thing that makes me wonder is why the company has been mostly quite about this whole operation opening up. I agree, the15,000 coming again is odd. I really don't know what will happen here but I do know this, someday something will.

What is up with the 15,000 @1.00? First time it showed up and was taken out all at once, the whole 15,000. After the 15,000 was up for a week @1.00, all 15,000 went off @ 0.99. Today that 15,000 is again. Why 15,000? I'm just wondering what is going on. JUPGF

Yea, that came out yesterday in the AM. I was very surprised that there were no Trades the entire day. (at least that I saw). I wish they would have done a formal PR. not all that big on just Tweets.

JUPGF tweeted about the quartzite mining starting operations. Now we know why the stock spiked. Should start moving as more information hits.

Check out the ownership structure in the pdf on their web site. I think we are pretty much owned by four entities with Fogassa and BMIX alone having over 60%. The total for them all is about 85% (as I recall) I will check again but last I looked our OS was just over 8M. I think they say the float now is about 2,5M but I think realistically it is much lower than that. I think they start mining this has forward split written all over it or they apply for an up list.

Agree, something is going on. I think this will continue until we find out one way or another what Fogassa is going to do regarding the Quartz mining operation. Lets face it, we are not a mining company. That said, with Gold over 2,000 an ounce and the Quartz mining being a relatively simple operation (mining wise) you would have to think this has more than just a passing interest to some deep pockets. The Quartz alone is worth a boat load.

Been some nice buys today. Last buy for 2000 @ 1.25. Something is going on. JUPGF

Yea, largest I ever remember seeing. I think we had a 15K day once several months back as I recall. I guess the good news is we are starting to get some volume about every day now. We can only hope they finally do something with it and not keep kicking the can down the road. Honestly I am not sure how this will play out because at the end of the day we are not a mining company.

How much Atlas does JUPGF own?

I believe Atlas has a little over 28% of JG. and about 60% of Apollo.

JUPGF I am trying to remember how much of Atlas JUPGF ownes. I think JUPGF is running off the coat tail of it.

I am doing this off of memory but as I recall ~86% of JG is owned by just 4 people so I guess that would leave our real float at less than 1M. That is not a lot, as you well know. I would like to believe something is finally happening here. They can't keep kicking this can down the the road and expect to retain credibility. Lets face it, we are certainly not a mining company, but with the Quartz permits in hand and Gold at around 2K an ounce we can only hope that some entity is willing to come aboard to either mine it, or buy us out. I for one would like to see a buy out. Hope all is well teme. :)
