Sberbank, VTB Join Forces to Create Regional Russian Airline -Handelsblatt

--Russia's Sberbank and VTB are to jointly create a regional
airline in the country, Handelsblatt reports.
--The airline aims to carry between 6 and 10 million passengers
a year, which would make it the third-largest Russian carrier, the
German newspaper said.
