I‘m not certain if any gaps in the disclosure are permitted. If not, they’ll have to drop over 40 financial reports. As you pointed out, it puts things into perspective that just about all of these reports will have identical content, so it’s basically a copy-and-paste job.

Well if there is no business their financials should be easy. With OTC changes I’d imagine it will be hard to resurrect. My small lotto of 8 millions shares would hope something comes in the next decade.

There’s no business. The word is that they have an idea that still needs execution. We were already supposed to get news in 2021, but the OTC market conditions since then must have derailed their schedule.

Are they just waiting the revive this shell? Or sell it? Or do they have any active business?

Even if he is, he expected to get the show on the road in Q3 / 2021. We couldn’t possibly have been so patient without asking again. The OTC market conditions haven’t been in our favor.

Maybe wishful thinking on my part, but wouldn't that be something if he did? I want Stuart to be the stand up guy that his bio suggests.

Yeah, fair enough. Let’s give him until October or so, but I wouldn’t count on him to take the initiative on his own.
