NEVER Invest in this company!!!! The owners should be in jail! Genethera is just a scam, nothing but a scam!!
They never replied to my emails. They never shipped my stock certificates.
As you probably noticed they don’t dare to reply to me or to anyone else in this blog.

I fully agree that this is a Ponzi scheme and the Chairman is an Italian-American who cheated me by selling the stocks of his company. I’m an Italian citizen who indirectly got to know him. In August 2021 he convinced me to buy the stocks saying that they were going to rise to $10. He should have sent the stock certificate but it never arrived. He claimed he shipped it. He then said it went lost and wanted me to pay a security bond to reissue it. I didn’t do any due diligence before buying the stocks, that’s my only fault. This company has no business, no revenues, doesn’t distribute any dividends, just debts. Still the salaries for the Genethera Chairman and his wife are outrageously high. I only realized all that when it was too late!

GENETHERA, INC. AND CUSHMAN&WAKE FIELD ENTERED INTO A CONSULTING AGREEMENT

On September 9, 2021 GeneThera Inc. entered into a representation agreement with Cushman and Wakefield Us Inc. According to the terms on the agreement, Cushman and Wake field will represent GeneThera Inc in any transaction related to the acquisition of land in connection with to the construction of GeneThera’s Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) laboratory facilities to be used as molecular robotic diagnostic therapeutic and research facilities for SARS-CoV-2 and other zoonotic diseases. Additionally Cushman & Wakefield will represent GeneThera in any transaction to secure warehouse space related to GeneThera assembly and storage of mobile laboratory units for the development of the wastewater surveillance network. Scope of the services and fees are outlined in Exhibit A attached to the Agreement. GeneThera Inc appoints Cushman & Wakefield as its sole agent and grants Cushman &Wakefield the exclusive right to represent GeneThera in any real estate transaction related to the Company Zoonotic Infectious Disease Alert Shield (ZIDAS) project.

yep... when I talked to them back in August , it really sounded like the CEO had it going on ... but perhaps their time was past , missed the bus it appears . JUST NO VOLUME.

Really nothing to talk about, really a shame here is my read from
what started out with many possibilities. Milici might have something
going, but the Mgt and Business Plan shows a real lack of movement forward options or for that matter Management Execution.

1. There website does not work , click on it in OTC Markets, what ever they did to their old website , they are not on top of it . Now nothing.

2. Those PR's , now looking back seemed only out there for the offering that came up .

3. The offering . I mean cmon , put out an offering when you can show a plan to get some commitments, contracts, interest levels. The stock trading has all but died off entirely.

4. How about that UK expansion, never could find ( and I am pretty good finding stuff) about the Gal they mentioned running it .

Will watch , but not excited , the catalyst they had , unfortunately at this point , there is no point until they come through with something.
As I said Very strange or the example of Poor Management to the extreme. If they had someone or a team to really use some skill, get a contract with Gov or Public sources , etc , then another story , but until then, well you know how it goes. These OTC stocks need volume and liquidity and this just does not have the trading volume, with many days in May with ZERO trades , like I said a shame.
