Im trying to confirm the deal with Ace. I only have that PR. Im not sure if it was completed or what. I know they have the ties to Radial power too. But I can't find any more connections. I have a feeling with the insider movement they have something big to announce though.

Green Giant Texas is partnered with Ace Recycling. Huge outfit. The plant they are building or built recycles 1800 tons per year in lithium. Thats 36 million at 20,000 per ton. The Texas operation of Green Giant is worth 15-20 cents a share imho. Then add in a Giant China real estate and construction company with 215 million in assets. 7 million cash. With the backing of Chinese government and support now for real estate situation and you have the perfect Storm. It would be nice to see the Market cap trade back up to 80 to 100 million where it belongs.

If Gge is Radial power. The timing of inception matches and its green energy. Plus whats chance of same address and same field and start time. This is huge.

This is a big connection with Radial Power. I mean big…we will have to wait to hear from the company about the full details, but price will likely be way higher by the time everything is revealed.

This is the best opportunity I’ve ever seen on the OTC to be honest. Market cap only 3M this is simply way too cheap.

The real estate market in China is a big reason $GGEI should continue its big comeback.

The reorganization is to set up what the company will do in the US.

Checking out X. It looks like Radial power in Houston Tx maybe owned or somehow involved with GGE. The address matches up. Radial Power looks like a big deal too. 220 million in BofA financing secured for Green energy solar projects. All speculative of course but dots are connecting here.

Gge Texas sounds good. The sale of a 74 million dollar Chinese apartment complex and timing of all the insider buying.

not my account, if i sold a security I had to wait 2 days before that cash was available. to buy securities.

Many retail traders were never subject to t+3. I have had trading accounts at 5 different brokers with 4 in Canada and one in USA and was always allowed to use my funds from a sell immediately. Never was restricted in any accounts and 95% of all trades in US exchanges I would make 20 or more trades in a day using same funds in some cases as long as a sell freed up cash

May 28 trading will become even more active because retail traders can buy the next day after they sold a security. GLA!

Conviction here comes from the volume, chart, and lack of much discussion on social media. No one loads a half million dollars worth of stock the past week unless the price is going way higher…it’s not rocket science.

You said it yourself earlier that you sold, so don't worry about it.

Yeah Ive seen great d&d fail over and over again in the otc last few years. So whatever you say.

Pieced together a few connections from addresses and individuals in filings on stateside operations and merger opportunities. I’ll just say this…I’m extremely confident there is something big soon to be announced, that will shock everyone and bring massive volume. However, the trade here is following the money and riding the speculation until all is revealed. By that point I believe this will be well above .20+ …you don’t see this type of loading at .02 unless they’re targeting a quick 10x return IMO.

The whole OTC market is a fortune cookie player...OTC stocks tend to pick their direction with or without news. There are times when even outstanding News prevents the stock share price from going up and instead, it ends up going down and vice versa (e.g. GGEI w/o any news).

It is just very hard to predict here.

There’s some really good info out there that people haven’t found. It should only be those that have done proper DD here that should reap the rewards.

I’ll give you a hint…when you see half a million dollars trading volume on an OTC stock on a Friday before a long holiday weekend, it’s a clear sign that something very very big is happening. Few are even talking about this…telling that hardly any retail is in at this point.

All that money doesn’t load at .02 if they’re not looking for a major return on investment. This is going way higher. Money talks.

The other plus side is that GGEI is in the Chinese Real Estate sector which is booming right now after the Chinese government decided to bail them out just few weeks back. Likewise, Hong Kong Real Estate is skyrocketing as well. Hoping to see a strong reversal trend back to $1 figure at least.

Yes, the insider buying pressure has been great lately. This ticker moves up very easily.
The float must be under 100m if the O/S is around 135m (unrestricted) as it was last reported on 05/24/24.
I would like to see the next Q filing soon so it becomes current again much before the end of June deadline.
With the strong uptrend, this will be Silver (.10++) within the next few trading days.
Who knows this goes back to NASDAQ once again. lol

I really hope something good comes out of it in the coming days...seems to be a great company after seeing its previous financials. I would love to see this run like FFIE did last week. All the best!

Nobodys talking about it because its a huge fuhking mystery. We have filings and loading. I don't think they've ever put out a press release. They have massive assets but no revenue. Lol. It must be something. They will never press release imho. Thats why I sold. But doesn't look like that matters because the value is in the filings. So tired of Fortune cookie plays. Lol

They have way longer than that I believe. Their financials are audited with the last Q filed in February. Like you said, doesn’t matter…the volume, price, and chart show that something big is happening and likely to be revealed soon.

They had a stock offering.

They have until the end of June to file their Q2 before any expert change could happen. With all of this obvious insider loading, it tells me that something great is going to happen and they know it.

I'm trying figure this out as well. They have cash 7 million. Their US revenues are 200,000 app last 3 month report. I don't think they report all revenue to Us. I don't understand their cash increases with no revenue hardly? Tricky. I don't see any reason they don't filed and keep going on less they don't give shit. I read last quarterly not sure why this stock got totally torpedoed? Except delisting. It'd be nice to know in American wtf their doing. But I guess all we can do is follow the $. I may jump back in. But I cannot f-ing stand the pink current bs. Whats to stop this from dropping to Ex because they don't keep up.
