The addresses are the same.. FQFC has taken 12% Stake in TEAH.

I am Just pointing out some findings, not suggesting I solved the puzzle w either company. Filings for TEAH were a great step in getting more clarity.

They are not. First FIM USA is taking a 12% stake. That is an investement, not a merger. And second, more important, FIM USA is not FQFC. 'Hua Huang, our chief financial officer and a director of the Company, is also the owner of FIM USA, which executed the MSA with the Company.'

Could get interesting here as they are now 12% owners of TEAH according to TEAH Fins that came out today. They have been looking to merge as they say on their otc company profile. Looks like they may have found a dance partner.

They bought this stock ticker and made sure everyone knows about them seeking a merger deal.

Now, we have the load up. Don't see loading like that without something in the works.

Typical for Richard Oravec's Chinese reverse mergers. They all go dormant after the r/m. That's why he removed his Pivo Associates track record from the OTC. You could see they all go dark and stopped trading after the reverse merger.

I mailed him about it, and I'm sure he meant the real Nasdaq. Not saying FQFC will do, but that was the plan with FQCC.

It just hit me... when that other dude said "we are planning to be listed on Nasdaq" he wasn't referring to the main Nasdaq exchange. He was probably referring to the OTC which is the lowest tier of Nasdaq

Quite some shares are traded lately just above bid. Wonder if that is orchestraded and if it will go once it is done.

I was looking into the new financial auditor and they do not have the greatest reputation. If I were a betting man I'd say they will file a 15-12 and deregister. I hope it doesn't come to that because I loathe alternative filers.

I think the thing to watch out for apart from PRs and filings is their old website http://www.fuquancapital.com

They took it offline on April 25th. Whois shows it's registered to some chap in Canada who according to LinkedIn is an IT consultant. Maybe they hired him to rebuild the site? It's a bit strange to me.

Interesting fact to note:

Many of the 'Fuquan subsidiary companies' list their business registration approval dates (within the Credit System) after the date of the press release you linked.
