I'm a p-c FDFT shareholder, pre-covid, cough cough. I'm hanging on until the bitter end, or it hits 002! I'm like Charleton Heston, sorta. 🙃

Meaningless. Financials need to be updated; so it can come off of EM,
and come back to Pink status. IMO, it looks like it probably will only be done,
when a reverse merger is close. It's obvious, President Volha hasn't wanted it to trade normally
since last year, and doesn't want to pay for the filings. I'm confident, that something will happen in the near future.
This is a clean shell, with a float under a billion; so a great reverse merger candidate. I'll be patient...

Unfortunately we were put into EM.
I'm shocked that they didn't come out with the financials in a year;
but still hopeful, with a clean shell here, that we will emerge in time.

IMO: Doesn't look like trip 4's should last thru tomorrow.
Wish I can get some; but glad for my long term position already.

IMO: Trip 4 is a great add/entry price.
Clean shell and under a billion float; Once updated financials
hits, low trip opportunities won't be around.
With OTC heating up, many will be looking for these possibilities IMO.

It’s not restricted from retail I currently have a buy order in as we speak. Might want to make a phone call to your brokerage and see what’s up

I have schwab as well; but being that it's currently pink ltd.
and has two warning signs on the otc markets overview tab;
it's restricted from retail, till they post their updated financials;
and then the restriction should be removed. Last annual was posted almost a year ago on March 2, 2023.
Not sure how you're able to buy; but obviously, hardly any volume in this for months; last was a sell at trip 2 a few days ago.

I’m American as well and I have no problem trading this with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or E*Trade. Don’t understand why you and others are having a hard time buying this.

Yes, looks like financials should be coming any time now IMO.
The presidents Volha other Co. $GGSM is starting to make a move.
She created something real good there; and IMO, will do so here.
Unfortunately not able to add due to retail buying restriction; but
Canadians can grab a steal in the meantime still.

I'm told if you live in Canada you can buy $FDFT through RBC Direct Investing.

A couple of small hits at trip 3...can it be time...
I'm waiting for unrestriction to buy tons more in the trips.

Looks like 3's might get taken any time now.
IMO, we are a month or less away from getting updated financials.
Also, CEO's sister Co. created a holding Co.; so perhaps there might be some type of merger together.
Too bad retail is still restricted from buying shares.

Financials on sister Co. was updated and reported this morning.
I wouldn't be surprised to see this updated sometime soon.
I'm waiting to see the profile verification updated on the otc site.
IMO, once seen, should be the sign that the reports will be updated.

apparently they will let you buy CE stocks as well, so should not be a problem with this being pink limited:

Good sign...someone was just able to buy 10.5 million at trip 2...
Probably knows that maybe financials are coming out sometime soon...
and who knows....perhaps a reverse merger. $SPZI....was at trip 1 last month,
and hit over a penny yesterday...they have more than double the shares as FD...
Wish we weren't restricted...I would have been buying all trip 2's and 3's.

Who is Ginsler. Volha is in charge here...same CEO of sister Co. $GGSM.

As long as Ginsler retains his position I don't see much changing/improving

A late notice for filing Q was posted on OTC yesterday under sister Co. ticker,
which I believe was actually meant for this ticker. Hope it gets corrected by the weekend;
so filings can be caught up with here, and go back to Pink Current.

With sister Co reducing authorized shares and moving today;
I'm sure something will follow here sometime soon IMO.

Hoping Co. catches up on their reporting and goes back to Pink current, before Christmas arrives.

Was at trip 3 last month; hit over a penny today.
Though we are behind in filings, I'm sure we will catch up at anytime IMO.

IMO: Volha will get it together; catch up on reports;
get us back to Pink; and we might have to wait till 2024;
but I have a feeling we will get a doozy of a reverse merger.
Unfortunately, with being Pink Ltd., no buying can take place.
This shouldn't be at a practically zero price.

Still hopeful something will happen with this eventually.

Not sure why Volha didn't keep this Pink Current;
but until it returns to current, it will stay this way.
Q1 wasn't filed; Q 2 due by Aug. 15th;
so hopefully they will file both, along with attorney letter
and get back to current. Always the mystery in sub penny's;
but I guess that's how it goes....

Super cheap, not much news, but none bad. So, still worth hanging onto.
