Indeed, it’s been a mid March filing for them the last couple years. Still not sure why they bother keeping it current without doing much else. Well , he did get up to date with the Nevada SOS so I can’t saying he hasn’t done “anything” ????????

Exactly. CEOs are having to do it all the time because they were negligent in letting their registration lapse in the first place. Same goes for submitting financials at OTC Markets. People think it's a big deal when they become Current Info.

If these last few years have shown anything it's nothing is the same as the past!! I don't expect some run to a penny!! I do expect a nice move somewhere around .002 if they make any announcements regarding the direction of the company!! First thing is to survive this major volume/cash/liquidity problem of the Otc!!

Insiders are the only ones that would have knowledge of any plans there may be. Or is this to mean a group has targeted the ticker for a pump?

Nevada SOS entries aren't anything to get excited about. They shouldn't have needed to file a reinstatement in the first place, of course. The Violas need to do something of an organic nature for anyone to get their hopes up of the sp going up in a sustainable fashion.

Yesterday was simply a blip on the radar, didn’t really mean a whole lot.
The reinstatement has me somewhat curious , especially after 2-3 years of default in NV.
Wonder if “they”, whoever “they” are, make some additional changes.

No, it doesn't. VWAP today was $0.000307 and if one looks at any longer term chart, they'd see today was not noticeable at all.
