PERSONAL MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") made and entered into this 1st day of January 2022, by
and between RIDDICK BOWE located at 1010 N. Exelda Avenue Tampa, Fl 33607 (herein
called "CLIENT”) and JF FITNESS ENTERPRISES, LLC, currently located at 2307
Kennington Cove Deland, Fl 32724 (herein collectively called "Manager").....MANAGER'S SERVICES. Manager agrees during the term hereof to perform for
Client the following services: (a) advise and counsel in the selection of all business associates,
partners, and business; (b) advise and counsel in any and all matters pertaining to publicity,
public relations and advertising; (c) advise and counsel with relation to the adoption of the
proper format for presentation of Client's talents and in the determination of proper style, mood,
setting, business and characterizations in keeping with Client's talents; (d) advise, counsel and
direct in the selection of artistic talent to assist, Client, or embellish Client's artistic presentation;
(e) advise and counsel with regard to general practices in the sports, entertainment and
amusement industries and with respect to such matters of which Manager may have knowledge
concerning compensation and privileges for similar artistic values; (f) advise and counsel
concerning the selection of theatrical agencies, business managers, and persons, firms and
corporations who will counsel, advise, seek and procure employment and engagements for
Client; (g) advise and counsel Artist with regard to his LLC, (“ Name TBD “) (the “LLC”); assist
in the establishment and operation of the LLC, including, but not limited to its sales, marketing
and promotion, and act as Client’s liaison with any and all partners, distributors, or co-managers......
MANAGER'S AUTHORITY.
(a) Manager is authorized and empowered for Client and in Client's behalf,
upon Client's written approval in each instance (which such approval shall not be unreasonably
withheld) to do the following:
(i) approve and permit all publicity and advertising
(ii) approve and permit the use of Client's name, photograph, likeness,
voice, sound effects, caricatures, and literary, and artistic materials for
purposes of advertising and publicity and in the promotion and
advertising of all products and services.......
OFFERS OF EMPLOYMENT. Client shall advise Manager of all offers of employment
or business opportunities submitted to Client and will refer any inquiries concerning Client’s
services to Manager, in order that Manager may determine whether the same are compatible with
Client's career. Manager shall keep Client apprised of offers of employment and any inquiries
concerning Client's services which are received by Manager.....
OFFERS OF EMPLOYMENT. Client shall advise Manager of all offers of employment
or business opportunities submitted to Client and will refer any inquiries concerning Client’s
services to Manager, in order that Manager may determine whether the same are compatible with
Client's career. Manager shall keep Client apprised of offers of employment and any inquiries
concerning Client's services which are received by Manager. any and all gross monies or other considerations which Client earns during the Term hereof as a
result of Client's activities in and throughout the entertainment, amusement, sports, film,
television and publishing industries, (whether now known or hereafter to become known). The
matters described above are not intended to limit the activities and matters upon which
Manager's compensation shall be computed and such activities and matters shall include any and
all of Client's activities in connection with matters as follows: motion pictures, videos, television,
radio, podcasts, literary, theatrical engagements, personal appearances, public appearances
and/or performances in places of amusement and entertainment, publications, the use of Client's
name, likeness and talents for purposes of advertising and trade (including merchandising,
whether merchandise, retail merchandise or otherwise, sponsorships, or otherwise, commercials
and advertising), and services rendered by Client in any form of media, now known or hereafter
devised, whether such services are rendered as an actor, director, or producer.....All notices to Manager and payments to be sent to Manager shall be at
