would be nice if they divi'd the approx 0.12+ a share in cash and kept the shell going, that or buy some profitable enterprise and get something going with the shell. purgatory is getting old

Revenues are weak and but I don't have much information about their growth plans yet.

Oil and gas sales increased from $10,000 in the three months ended June 30,
2009, to $30,000 in the three months ended June 30, 2010, and from $26,000 in
the nine months ended June 30, 2009, to $81,000 in the nine months ended June
30, 2010, because of higher realized prices and higher quantities sold.
Interest income decreased from $18,000 in the three months ended June 30, 2009,
to $10,000 in the three months ended June 30, 2010, and from $64,000 in the nine
months ended June 30, 2009, to $34,000 in the nine months ended June 30, 2010,
because of lower interest rates and lower cash balances. At the current level of
cash balances and at current interest rates, the Company's revenue is unlikely
to exceed its expenses. Unless and until the Company invests a substantial
portion of its cash balances in interests in producing oil and gas wells or in
one or more other ventures that produce revenue and net income, the Company is
likely to experience net losses. With the exception of unanticipated RR&D,
unanticipated environmental expense, and possible changes in interest rates, the
Company is not aware of any other known trends or uncertainties that have had or
that the Company reasonably expects will have a material favorable or
unfavorable impact on net sales or revenues or income from continuing
operations.

The thing that mostly has my interested is the strong cash position and the low shares outstanding. Any kind of a PR plan and some new acquisitions or cash flows could do wonders here. JMHO.

Interested in the story here. This is so thinly traded an increase of liquidity could shoot this back up as oil prices go up.

You really should add the name and ticker when you post such huge share count numbers on this board...

Sure is some spud activity in Wyoming even during the cold going on in 2010...

Looked over that area first...

That field info even has the operator and the monthly sales data on it also...

Mick, some info on Glo Field and Glo North Field can be found on the following Wyoming website...

'County'...start with 'County' info...
and then search 'Fields Within County'...
And search 'Campbell' county info...
'Field Production' for each field has production info...

Glo Field - 50N x 69W
2009 production...24,890 bbls of oil

Glo North Field - 50N x 69W
2009 production...37,546 bbls of oil

Hope this makes it easier to locate...LJ

$288,000 in investments in 4.4% override in Glo Field in Campbell County, Wyoming...

89K loss for the quarter or about .0064/share...

$3,840,000 shareholder equity posted for the quarter or about .276 per share...LJ
