January 25, 2023, we, Aixin Life International, Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”
and words of similar import) held an Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the
“Annual Meeting”). The following is a brief description of each matter voted upon at the Annual Meeting, as well as the number
