Mr. Peter Gummer reports

ASSAY RESULTS CONTINUE TO CONFIRM HIGH GRADE MINERALIZATION AT FIRST NARROWS' CHESTER PROJECT

First Narrows Resources Corp. has provided additional assay results from the 2006 phase of the resource definition drill program completed on the 100-per-cent-owned portion of the Chester copper feeder deposit.

Holes C-06-019 to -021 inclusive further outlined a thick copper zone with high-grade internal zones. Most noteworthy is hole C-06-020, which collared in the lower grade envelop of the broad feeder structure intersecting 10.0 metres (32.8 feet) averaging 0.625 per cent copper, followed by 20.3 metres (66.6 feet) averaging 4.37 per cent copper, including a higher grade section of four metres (13.1 feet) averaging 6.97 per cent copper (to view photos of core samples visit the company's website).

The drill holes and assays to date suggest the presence of northwest-southeast-trending structures not previously recognized by the wider-spaced historical drill hole patterns that are internal to the overall feeder deposit, and which appear to have controlled the formation of thick zones of high-grade copper mineralization. The feeder deposit is interpreted as a mineralized cigar-like feature greater than 1,000 metres (more than 325 feet) in length with one to three, or more, stacked gently westerly inclined and northerly striking sheet-like internal zones of higher grade mineralization of variable thicknesses.

HOLE C-06-019

39.50 45.50 6.00 19.7 3.78
Includes: 41.30 42.90 1.60 5.2 8.13

Hole C-06-021 intersected the historical decline within a 15.5-metre (50.9-foot) thick zone of chalcopyrite mineralization. Three other drill holes in the recent drill program also intersected the decline (assays outstanding). Since a survey plan of the decline has not been part of the historical data retrieved from the public records, these drill hole decline intersections are the only precise records the company has concerning the exact location of the decline.

The copper zone, which is immediately accessible from the historical decline, is open to the north, west and east. The overall zone of mineralization dips westerly at 15 to 20 degrees such that the true thicknesses are approximately 93 per cent of the assay intervals reported from the company's vertical drill holes. Analyses for secondary metal credits will be carried out on composited sample intervals determined by the copper assay results and an in-house Chester project scoping study.

Earnest Brooks, PGeo, is the company's qualified person on the Chester project. Mr. Brooks has 37 years of experience in mine geology and exploration in the Chibougamau and Bathurst mining camps including 15 years at the BMS mines, Bathurst, N.B.

The Chester property is located in the southern part of the Bathurst mining camp approximately 53 kilometres (km) west of the city of Miramichi, and 72 km southwest of the city of Bathurst, N.B.

We seek Safe Harbor.

First Narrows drills 3.43% Cu over 25 m at Chester

2007-01-11 10:25 ET - News Release
Shares issued 37,838,253
UNO Close 2007-01-10 C$ 0.17

Mr. Peter Gummer reports

FIRST NARROWS INTERSECTS 3.43% COPPER OVER 25 METERS AT CHESTER; INCLUDES 5.56% CU OVER 4 METERS; ZONE REMAINS OPEN TO THE NORTH, EAST AND WEST

First Narrows Resources Corp. is providing initial assay results from the 2006 phase of the resource definition drill program completed on the 100-per-cent-owned portion of the Chester copper feeder deposit.

Holes C-06-022 and C-06-023 have intersected significant high-grade copper (chalcopyrite) mineralization (to see photos of core samples, visit the company's website).

(UTM collar co-ordinates -- 5219925N, 710168.75E, vertical dip)

From (m) To (m) Length (m) Cu (%)

14.80 38.40 23.6 1.43
Includes 33.90 36.10 2.2 5.04

The copper zone, which is immediately accessible from the historical decline, is open to the north, west and east. The thick areas of high-grade mineralization are possibly controlled by a lithological and structural feature not previously recognized by the wider-spaced historical drill hole patterns.

Analytical results of secondary metal credits are incomplete and will be reported on at a later date.

Earnest Brooks, PGeo, is the company's qualified person on the Chester project. Mr. Brooks has 37 years experience in mine geology and exploration in the Chibougamau and Bathurst mining camps, including 15 years at the BMS mines, Bathurst, N.B.

The Chester property is located in the southern part of the Bathurst mining camp, approximately 53 kilometres west of the city of Miramichi and 72 kilometres southwest of the city of Bathurst, N.B.

First Narrows Resources Corp (C-UNO) - News Release
First Narrows drills 22 holes at Chester deposit

2006-12-29 14:29 ET - News Release
Shares issued 37,838,253
UNO Close 2006-12-28 C$ 0.175

Mr. Peter Gummer reports

DRILLING AT FIRST NARROWS' CHESTER PROPERTY CONTINUES TO DEMONSTRATE CONTINUITY OF COPPER MINERALIZATION

First Narrows Resources Corp. has completed 22 vertical diamond drill holes (C-06-019 to 040) totalling 1365.5 metres on the eastern shallow end of the gently inclined Chester copper-polymetallic feeder deposit. More than 350 samples, totalling 333 core metres and averaging 15.15 core metres per hole, have been shipped for assay to date.

The style of the copper mineralization (chalcopyrite) is essentially the same in all holes, with variable percentages of disseminated and stringer chalcopyrite, occasionally reaching up to 30 to 75 per cent of the rock over narrow intervals. The drill program continues to demonstrate the presence of continuous high-grade copper zones within the broader lower-grade alteration envelope of the feeder structure.

Hole C-06-034, an infill hole between C-06-022 and 023, confirmed the continuity of the copper stringer mineralization intersecting the copper zone over a length from 27 to 38.8 metres, including high-grade copper mineralization from 29.6 metres to 32.9 metres. To view a photo of the chalcopyrite mineralization in hole C-06-034, please visit the company's website.

Analyses for secondary metal credits (cobalt, indium, bismuth, gold, silver) will be carried out on composited sample intervals determined by the copper assay results and an in-house Chester project scoping study.

Earnest Brooks, PGeo, is the company's qualified person on the Chester project. Mr. Brooks has 37 years experience in mine geology and exploration in the Chibougamau and Bathurst mining camps, including 15 years at the BMS mines, Bathurst, N.B.

The Chester property is located in the southern part of the Bathurst mining camp approximately 53 kilometres west of the city of Miramichi and 72 kilometres southwest of the city of Bathurst, N.B.
