AFA a heading towards 0.45 cents

Once we get NI 43-101 approved by TSX, the share price will definetelymove towards 0.15-20 cents, then closing of fiinancing will lead towards0.25-0.30 cents and starting of our sampling programs will bring to0.40-0.45 cents.

Someone from broker house # 83 named Mackie bought 2,00,000 shares at0.08 cents and he still has an open buy order to buy 1,71,000 at 0.08. Ibelieve, the same broker hoouse, Mackie has been accumulating AFAshares from 0.06 to 0.075 cents.

A lot of new investors are showing interest and making enquiry on AFAand everyone is looking an oppurtunity to buy AFA shares at very cheap.AFA is everyone's radar because it has now potential in just comingcouple of weeks as we are waiting very important 3 news release from TSX& AFA.

Very good odds ahead in terms of big gains and has great potential.

2011 looks very good for AFA. The management is doing their very best to improve the shareholder value.

No, I sold my holding at around 0.25-30. Damn, I was fooled into buying with dreams of a quick return. I am, however, still waiting for the company to progress. I might be in again somtime in the future. If I am not mistaken, there is some questions of how much of the Block J concession that will eventually end up in their hands. It might be just 35% or the whole 70%. Once this question is solved, I will give it a second chance again (if my money is not gone by then, painful bloodbath this market). From what I heard, it is more likely that they will retain 70%, but the uncertainty is not to my liking.

I hope you are escaping the market meltdown, December.

Best of luck.

Otta stick to making chocolate, they obviously haven;t got a clue about diamond exploration!
i must say , for myself they gave me one more opportunity to add a considerable amount of shares to my portfolio at a great price!

The news-release today is in line with their program and is moving along at the rate that they so far predicted!I thought it was a great release!

Always keep in mind that AFA is being observed by a giant, and when all is said and done, and AFA knows what all the numbrers are, who can anticipate what will happen next!

I love this play and have been it 2 years, and plan to make a lot of money here!

Those of you that have the staying power, have a REAl shot for a great reward!

We have super management, that live and breath AFA 24/7, better then them is hard to find!

so if you are all wondering what happened today, its really quite simple, chocolate makers should stick to what they know!

they do make great chocolate!

we will take over the diamonds!AFA knows what they are doing!

I strongly suggest that you all do your own due diligence

Herb

Afri-Can Progress Report: Feature 6 Target Area Increases by 57%
Thursday July 5, 9:54 am ET

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - July 5, 2007) - Afri-Can Marine Minerals Corporation ("Afri-Can")(TSX VENTURE:AFA - News; FRANKFURT:AJF - News) is pleased to announce it has completed the first of four progress reports covering the analysis and interpretation of the geophysical survey and vibracoring data gathered in November 2006 on the Block J marine diamond concession in Namibia. The report is entitled "The Geology of Feature 06 and Proposed Phase 3 Sampling Grid (Round 1)" and is available on our website at www.afri-can.com and will be available shortly on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com. Data from Block J Features 08, 17 and 19 are still being analyzed and will be the subject of three subsequent progress reports. All the progress reports will be compiled into a final report on Block J in compliance with National Instrument 43-101.
- A major ancient drainage system from the continent crosses the centre of the Block J lease area. Valleys were in existence when diamonds arrived in the area, and Feature 6 contains extensive deep-water diamond deposits. During lowering sea levels as the ice sheets advanced for the last time, previous diamondiferous deposits were eroded and re-worked, forming the surface on which the latest diamondiferous gravels were deposited.

- Approximately 18,000 years ago, Feature 6 occupied a shoreline on the northern fringe of a large embayment. As such, it could have been a significant trap site for diamonds moving along the coast. As sea levels rose, from about 15,000 years ago, the advancing beaches deposited diamondiferous gravels in their wake across all the low-lying areas of Feature 6.

- As a result of the much more detailed information gained during the 2006 geophysical survey and vibracoring, and the geological history that is now evident, the area targeted for sampling has increased by 57% from the previous 4.1 square kilometres to 6.45 square kilometres.

- It is proposed that a first round of sampling comprising a 200 metres X 200 metres square grid, with approximately 155 samples of 10 square metres each, will cover the target area with the objective of establishing an Inferred Diamond Resource in compliance with National Instrument 43-101. It is anticipated that this programme will take about 20 days to complete.

"We are pleased with the progress of the work and look forward to the successful completion of the resource delineation programme," commented , President and CEO of Afri-Can. "Feature 6 forms a known aeolian-fluvial diamondiferous deposit, and is structurally similar to known deposits in the Luderitz area in Namibia where an historical inferred diamond resource of 4.1 million carats has been estimated."

Mr. Richard W. Foster is responsible for the progress report "The Geology of Feature 06 and Proposed Phase 3 Sampling Grid (Round 1)" and is the designated Qualified Person under the terms of National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Foster has given approval to the reference to the report and information derived therefrom in this announcement in the form and context in which it appears. *AFA* NEWS OUT!

Afri-Can Marine Minerals Update
Friday June 8, 9:52 am ET

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - June 8, 2007) - Afri-Can Marine Minerals Corporation ("Afri-Can")(TSX VENTURE:AFA - News; FRANKFURT:AJF - News) has been informed by International Mining and Dredging Holding Ltd. (IMDH) that conversion of the sampling vessel is proceeding well in Singapore, with completion expected at the end of 2007, at which time the vessel will move to Namibia to begin sampling Afri-Can's Block J marine diamond concession. The final schedule for beginning the bulk-sampling program will be established at the end of August 2007.

The new vessel, DP Sampler with a length of 105 metres, is equipped with a 20 tons per hour Dense Media Separation plant and will use a full Dynamic positioning II system. The sampling tool is a 5 square metre sampling drill system capable of sampling at water depths of 250 metres and through 12 metres of overburden material, well in excess of Afri-Can's requirements.

In the meantime, analysis and interpretation of the data from the geophysical survey and vibra-core sampling program carried-out in November 2006 is well underway. A first report covering mainly the targeted area known as Feature 6 is scheduled to be available at the end of June 2007. The report will include high-resolution seabed topography maps, detailed seabed textural maps, sub-seabed sediment data, and in-situ geological data from vibra-cores. The report will also include conclusions about the size of the deposit and the planning for the resources delineation sampling program that will be carried-out by IMDH. The aim of the complete program is to delineate diamond resources on Block J in compliance with National Instrument 43-101.

The previous report based on earlier sampling technology (see press release dated January 31st, 2007) recommends continuation of exploration work on Block J. The report states that modern and more accurate sampling technology will indicate higher grades than those shown by the Phase 1 and Phase 2 sampling. To simulate this, applying the average recovered grade of the best 20% of the samples (0.146 carats per sq. m.) the report suggests a potential diamond content of 1,600,000 carats for Block J's lag-gravels adjacent to the outcrop of the basal Tertiary sediments. The report recognizes further potential on Block J in the other geological environments described in the report. The report is available on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com.

"We are pleased with the progression of the work and look forward to the successful completion of the resources delineation program," commented , President and CEO of Afri-Can. "We are also very pleased with the new sampling vessel's specifications. It is packed with the most up to date technology and is built to perform to a very high standard."

Statements of potential quantity are conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the target being delineated as a mineral resource.

Mr. Richard W. Foster is responsible for the Delmar Geoservices Ltd. report and is the designated Qualified Person in terms of of NI 43-101. Delmar Geoservices Ltd. has given its approval to the reference to the Delmar Geoservices Ltd. report and information derived therefrom in this announcement in the form and context in which it appears.

Afri-Can is a Canadian company, actively involved in the acquisition, exploration and development of major mineral properties in Namibia. Afri-Can's large and prospective license holdings, together with its growth strategy, place it as the partner of choice for Namibian Empowerment Groups.

This press release contains certain "forward-looking statements," as identified in the Afri-Can's periodic fillings with Canadian Securities Regulators that involve a number of risks and uncertainties. There can be no assurance that such statements will prove to be accurate and actual results and future events could differ materially from those anticipated in such statements.
