NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Linx S.A. (“Company”) (B3: LINX3 | NYSE:
LINX) informs its shareholders that the members of its Board of Directors were elected on the Extraordinary General Shareholders’
Meeting held on April 30, 2021, with terms of office until the Company’s Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of 2022 which
approves the management accounts regarding the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2021. Therefore, the Company clarifies that the subject
matter (a)(iii) of the Call Notice of the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting (“OGM”) and Extraordinary General
Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on May 27, 2021 was hindered and will not be subject to resolution at the OGM anymore.
