On January 19, 2023, Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC (the “Company”) and Compass Diversified Holdings (“Holdings” and, together with the Company, collectively “CODI,” “us” or “we”) issued a press release announcing that, on January 17, 2023, our Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program authorizing CODI to repurchase, through December 31, 2023, up to $50 million of its outstanding common shares.
