These guys don’t care about shareholders, between RS and offering and dilution, in the last two years, they destroy everybody touch their stock, looks like that’s their mission, so I’m not sure, if it’s worth it or not, it could be a quick flip, unless they have another offering on the way, because they burn money like crazy, just my opinion, GL .

This was offset by a decrease in insurance rates, license fees, and IR/PR expenses.
