If you’ve been around here for awhile you’d know that management decides when the price goes up or down. Now I think they need it a little down to litigate their large drop in price for the warrants. Soon after they get their way the price should shoot way up to $3 plus a share. Management cares less what we want and will dilute at any low price just to get funds for their wages. When share count gets to high they will have another R/S which is their lazy way to “ manage.” The HERD has some very narrow minded blind eyed people that only know how to follow not lead.

As soon as the Anul sorry Annual meeting has past, we’ll probably have to wait till the next Annual meeting to get a rise in stock price. Poet has a year or a little less of funds at their spending rate of over $5 million a Quarter ( are samples really that expensive?). The cheap options will continue to be cashed in an add growth to the share count and our dilution. Next a reverse split will occur and you as a shareholder will have no say. All along these lines, the “management” will continue to collect their “paychecks. So bend over folks cause the “Herd” has spoken. P.S. I’ll be buying at $1 for a trade. GLA, you’re gonna need it.

Trash the stock, stunt a rally, then grant yourselves repriced options at $1.31 USD because “ the outstanding options held by certain insiders of the Company no longer provide adequate incentive to such officers and directors since their original pricing does not reflect the current market reality or likely scenarios for the share price”. wow, sorry to hear that Allwillbewave has left the house for good, I always enjoyed reading his posts, he will be missed, thoughts and prayers go out to his family, rest assured he is in a better place!

Hopefully back under a buck. People starting to realize Poet is highly diluted, has minute revenue flow and expenses over $5 million a quarter.

Just a guess, KCCO, but I’m thinking it won’t be as much about competition as it will be about customization (for Foxconn’s biggest customers) and standardization (off the shelf POET transceivers for others that don’t require the specificity).

Millions of shares bought in the $1s during the TSY video rave likely ready for profit taking. The key now may be to get to $5+ and get broader institutional investment.

Great news.

Must be what Mark Lustig brought in for that consulting fee.

Foxconn wasn’t on the customer funnel last fall so the 200G per lane capability must have caught their eye.

If anyone is to acquire SPX in the future, seems like Foxconn would be a likely candidate.

Interesting that POET is supplying engines for 800G+ to other companies all the while building modules themselves. Interesting dynamic competing with themselves.

Yes I said all that and I hope I am proven to be wrong. I could not believe the management would allow us to almost go bankrupt.

I hope they do find some sustainable success but I would keep my eye on the foundries and their Pic plans.

My grandson is having fun with his eventual Poet shares reaching all time highs.

I was out last August on unrelated management and stock price issues.

They haven’t even released anything substantial but the story seems to have legs, or are they really working with Meta through Luxshare?Is something going on with Arista, is Teresa Land Ende just there for decorations?

You should hear what I’m hearing from the OFC, if that’s confirmed shortly, people will soon realize it’s true potential.

You spewed enough drivel without real facts behind it other than the share price stinks and foundries are claiming to do their own thing,

Even if that’s the case they still need light sources, on the tranceiver side, who has a roadmap they can show and provide samples at 1.6t- 3.2t at scale?

I’ve seen a plan to 6.4tbps. Now that’s leading edge!

By the way, the light sources are amazing and cost less than anything else on the market and also turned heads at the show.

So easy to kick them when they’re down. Stop looking at the paperwork and start calling the industry players.
