As of January 31, 2013, the tax basis cost of the Fund’s investments was $153,104 (in thousands) and the unrealized appreciation (in thousands) was $81,045.

As of January 31, 2013, all of the investments in the Fund were Level 1, in accordance with the fair value hierarchy as defined by ASU 2011-04.

For the period ended January 31, 2013, there were no transfers between Level 1 and Level 2 investments.
