BALTIMORE, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Constellation Energy (NYSE: CEG) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 37.75 cents per share on the company's common stock, equivalent to $1.51 per share annually. The dividend is payable Jan. 2, 2007, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 11, 2006. In addition, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE) declared quarterly dividends at the specified rate for all of its outstanding preferred stock, payable Jan. 2, 2007, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 11, 2006.
