today released the following business update. As planned, the Q3
2014 debut of MOKO's anticipated mobile app, REC*IT, is live and on
schedule to meet the demand of U.S. college students. REC*IT's
formal launch initiative commences on September 1, 2014.

REC*IT Launch Operational Highlights
- REC*IT "Starter Kits" are being shipped to universities across
the country to educate and encourage students to download the
REC*IT mobile app.
- Recreation directors at all participating schools will receive
REC*IT banded posters, banners, postcards, apparel, and
instructions on how to utilize the REC*IT "starter kits."
- A REC*IT sweepstakes, offering one student free tuition for a
year up to $30,000, will launch on
September 1, 2014 in coordination
with the 2014 school year.
- Direct email campaigns aimed at acquiring downloads from
current and potential IMLeagues users will be implemented in
September 2014.
- An "Explainer Video" has been developed to educate all active
intramural athletes and rec center directors about the features and
benefits of REC*IT. This video will be live on a REC*IT branded
Vimeo page in September
2014.
- Campus rec centers have eagerly provided MOKO with positive
REC*IT product content, which is continuously used to populate
REC*IT's social media channels in an effort to create conversations
and increase engagement between REC*IT users.
Sweepstakes
In order to enter the REC*IT "Win Your Tuition For A Year"
sweepstakes, students will download the REC*IT app and then log
into their IMLeagues account. The sweepstakes will run from
September 1-November 23, with a
winner being randomly drawn and announced on November 24. The sweepstakes will be the lead
message in MOKO's communication strategy through all marketing
channels to incentivize target customers to download and engage
with the REC*IT app.
