TURBO GENSET WINS HIGH VOLTAGE ORDER

Turbo Genset's, power electronics division Intelligent Power Systems ("IPower"),
today announced an order worth approximately US$750,000 from PRC Laser of New
Jersey, for the supply of high voltage power supplies for use with their
industrial lasers.

PRC is the largest US manufacturer of high power industrial CO2 lasers, which
are used in the volume metal processing sectors and automotive industries.

This order increases IPower's order book to #1.3 million. It is hoped that
IPower will become PRC's preferred supplier and that this first order will be
the basis for ongoing annual contract quantities, as PRC introduces the power
supply across a range of its laser designs.

Turbo Genset's CEO Peter Hollins commented:

" This is yet another example of Turbo Genset's ability to turn our ground
breaking technology into commercial reality. I am delighted that we have been
able to meet PRC's exacting performance standards. I anticipate that this
relationship will make a significant contribution to our future sales. "
