Whats going on in here? I really like this stock any chance it will go back to pre-covid levels?

REML has reached a new 52 week high this week of $8.13 USD. Appears to me it will continue to increase throughout the remainder of 2021.

REML hit a new 52 week high today of $7.71 and appears it could climb higher. This was just posted on another REML message board:

"Jun. 07, 2021DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT: X-Links Monthly Pay 2X Leveraged Mtg REIT Exchange Traded Nts 07/11/2036/Credit Suisse AG Nassau Branch (NYSE: REML) on 06-07-2021 declared a dividend of $0.0313 per share"

WE should get this months coupon amounts for Credit Suisses X-Link ETNs by COB Friday. One of the guesstimates "Estimate from Lance is 0.0271 for June" gives hope the coupon amounts will continue to rise as the indicative value increases.

Considering how many people own REML I am surprised there are so few posts here. It appears the lower coupon months may be slowly increasing back to the pre virus level.

I bought my first REML today.

Bounced out of MORL, found REML. Looking into what other holders think.

I saw where other credit suisse tickers are being delisted.
How does everyone think this one will hold up???

I'm loaded up heavy on $REML. We should see a decent dividend for July.

$REML is looking great. MREITS are really starting to bounce back. Loaded up on this one last month. I expect we will see at least $6 this year. Loving the dividend potential on these mREITS. $REML, $RWT, $IVR, $NYMT, $TWO, $MITT, $NRZ, $REM, etc...

Agree can go up to $6 if not $10 imho. May's payout is now behind us with today's May 12th ex-dividend date, and Credit Suisse supporting REML. Glad we did not experience MORL's fate at the hands of their note holder.
