If a company has been suspended, anyone with common sense will read it as a sign to stay away. Pumpers will tell you that it is still going to the moon.

The company was suspended because it is dead, hasn't filed a single thing in years and years, no news posted in years and years, yet there was a pump working on Twitter and other social media. It is the "typical" zombie stock play, front load it then begin the tweeting talking about the volume of the front loading being an indication that "somebody knows something, buy stock and we'll find out..."

The SEC suspended it because, as everybody knows, the company is dead and none of the "speculation" is real.

It is very typical for an OTC to get suspended for many reasons and came out as a winner. I can give you examples of some of these companies. That is why small private companies get into the market via OTC rather than via NASDAQ.

The company has absolutely nothing going on. SEC suspended it because of the social media pumping of a dead company.

Suspension will be lifted on March 5 per the SEC Document.

It is very typical and "normal" for an OTC to get suspended and gets back in business afterward.

etrade cannot SETTLE these trades!! That is why they are not allowing the security to trade on their platform at the moment. After a couple of hours on hold yesterday, I finally spoke with a person who was able to explain why they are not allowing me to sell my position. He was not able to tell me specifically why the other side was not able to settle, only that they had a couple of red flags from trades that could not be settled within the SEC timelines so they locked the security, no trades on their platform until the issues with settlement are resolved.
Hope this info answers some questions.

I have to agree it sure looks and acts like a shell purchase/merger. For them to complete anything they need to buy back majority of shares floating around at a very low price, that is why retail can't buy. Hold for now and lets see what it is worth to whomever is buying the shares.
