Grant of Options and Directors' Interests
Adwalker, the AIM listed specialist in wearable media solutions, announces that
it has granted, in aggregate, options over 6,500,000 ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company at 3.38 pence per share (Euro0.05) to executive and
non-executive directors of the Company. The options will vest in five equal
tranches in the event that, for 3 consecutive trading days, the Company's share
price is greater than or equal to 8 pence, 10 pence, 12 pence, 14 pence and 16
pence. The options are required to be exercised by no later than 13 June 2014.
The details of the grant and the resultant number of options held by each of
the directors are as follows:
