                        Multi million pound contract win

             Ericsson UK Appoints ATC as its UK Master Distributor

AT Communications Group plc is pleased to announce that its Rocom division has
secured a significant contract with Ericsson UK to act as its Master UK
Distributor for all of its voice, data and mobility applications for small,
medium and large enterprises. This effectively means that Rocom is the UK's only
trade distributor of Ericsson's Enterprise Portfolio.

This is a major contract win for the Group as Ericsson has a global installed
base totalling approximately 37 million extensions and is one of the primary
system brands within the UK's large enterprise and public sector space.

This contract will deliver several million pounds of additional revenues for the
Group with ATC's Servassure division providing all ongoing maintenance.

This award follows on from the recent UK distribution contract win with Avaya, a
global provider of IP telephony, which will deliver #7m of revenues to the Group
over the next two years. Servassure is also providing all ongoing maintenance
for this contract.

Both these contracts were awarded as a result of ATC's full service capability
of being able to supply and maintain telecom systems, products and services
nationwide, a unique capability within the UK market.

Under the terms of this contract, Rocom will supply and support a suite of
Ericsson products including the MD110, Enterprise Mobility Gateway, Enterprise
Media Server, MX-ONE and Business Phone.
