Why are you scratching your head? This is an insider controlled company. Those who control the company know what is going on and have no incentive to share information and get the stock price up. Price goes down? No problem, just adjust the award . Look at the Masterson vote. A little over 5% of votes withheld support. Vast majority of votes controlled by the board and insiders supported.

A couple more Form 4s posted this evening for directors I believe completing the reporting on the laughable adjustments. I surely don't have any issue with directors being compensated and I know they were behind on it as explained in the filings .... but given the lack of .... frankly ... anything from this company in a while, there isn't much public justification for the awards. The Marchiando award ..... um ..... WTF. ZIVO don't need much more than a bookkeeper.

The Maggiore Form 4 shows he purchased over 3700 shares on the open market on June 12th but that many shares didn't trade so guessing he was almost all the action from June 10-12. Buying with Maggiore sometimes good .... sometimes not so good. In this case .... good news of an actual insider buy. On the flip side of that, he can't buy in front of or if in receipt of material news ...... so ... IMO, there isn't any significant news coming from ZIVO in the very short term. The cone of silence may have a purpose. The question is ... what ? I won't be buying with Maggiore here.

8K also posted. And frankly, scratching my head. Matter of fact vote results .... and that's it. No shareholder address for the annual meeting offered. No update on where the company is and where it is going.

Frankly, I am leaning heavily towards ZIVO selling to a big boy at this point. They've characterized the molecule and mechanism of action and have filed multiple patents. Last I checked I believe those patents surrounding these items were still in process. Payne while still an industry guy is well up there in age and there isn't an hier apparent to the ZIVO throne with the exception of Cornell who I think has the skillset to handle it ..... but Payne is the guy and it's his baby at this point. ZIVO has a shitload of loss carryforwards that have value as well ..... so gimme $25-$40 and lets move on already. Too cheap but ZIVO can't prove all the vertical options in a reasonable time and doesn't have the coin to do it ..... so it's time to get something done. That would be pocket change to a big boy animal pharma.

Latest filing showing exactly what I said was happening last year. They do not communicate and have been letting the price drop to acquire or be awarded stock at near $0. I wonder what Strome and other large holders not on the board think about this. If I had more shares it would be worth an SEC complaint.

Including one for 6666 ... funny .... likely a retailer via ETRF. Stupid but just MO. Would take months to clear that based on the current volume but anticipate the seller knows that. Of course if there is positive ZIVO news ..... the could be taken out in a flash and be left in the dust.

Obviously they do not believe price is going near highs of last couple years given they repriced warrants or issued awards at far lower prices. They know option to buy over $30 is dead money. Surprised zivow isn’t trading at 0.

Maybe things are great, maybe things are bad, but we don’t know because they tell us nothing… It’s hard to be optimistic at this point

I do think Payne knows the game being the pharma insider that he is ..... but ...... he's on the other side of the fence at this point. And while not CEO that whole time has been a director of the company for several years ..... so ...... it's past time.

This is another error on mgmt's part IMHO. I'm pretty sure investors temperature's are running hot right now what with the lack of anything from mgmt and no call in to the meeting is likely one more for the top of the pile.

I would anticipate there will be an 8K filed that provides the CEO letter and the results of the elections which of course for this go round isn't much. Masterson on the ballot ...... that is a withhold at best in lieu of not having option for "AGAINST" flat out.

I won't speculate on the meeting ... but I think it is ALWAYS a mistake not to engage investors ... good or bad. No action in the stock today so if anyone was in attendance, nobody ran out to "buy" or "sell" based on what they heard. =) I know the last shareholders meeting I was at, I knew the stock was a sell coming out of it.

It's time for this company to take the next step .... whatever that step may be.

This might as well be a private company. Board enriches itself and there is no one outside of the board with enough shares to stop them. Controlling shareholders continue to lower their cost average with free shares.

In keeping with my customary disclosures on swing trades ......

.... I sold a few hundred shares @ 7.88 from my currently open swing trade in ZIVO. This swing trade is already fully covered by prior sales.

This isn't a reflection on ZIVO's current prospects for a deal with big pharma .... but rather ZIVO's lack of price movement .... and opportunities to swing in other current plays.

Honestly don't know. Have spent almost no time on ZIVO of.late. Too many other companies executing their plan and generating shareholder value.

As far as I know, no announcement on the shaeholder meeting details for participation. Were I to guess I'd anticipate the potential to submit questions in writing ahead of time which should be the absolute MINIMUM they should accomodate. I dont expect they'll allow open call in questions. But one never knows. How they engage with investors .. IMO .... speaks volumes.

Well I hope that your "gut" is correct but I honestly wouldn't hold my breathe. These guys don't work on the timelines of the "small fry" so you more or less get what you get ... when you get it ..... and like it ..... unless you have something exceptionally compelling that is a must have.

My opinion is the ZIVO IP is more on the side of "must have" for someone but is not seenthat way at this point. And given it is based in a nature product, our pharma friends typically no likey until they can get their hands on a synthetic version that they can manufacture and rake in the dough.

But we shall see.

I am hoping he uses the annual meeting address to bring investors up to speed on the latest activities. I am sure any shareholder in the room would be asking for that information if not directly provided in the prepared remarks.

From what I recall, she bought once in the market and almost immediately the stock plummeted. Then she got shares for next to nothing in the buy right before positive results were released and now getting free stock. Might be averaged down to current market price.

No explanation on the form which is a bit unusual. But given the annual shareholder meeting is next week, wouldn't shock me if this was first of multiple equity awards to directors.

I'm sure that everyone is up in arms that Maxim Group downgraded ZIVO from BUY to HOLD earlier today. What a laugh Maxim is. Nothing but con artists and whores scamming the average joe and small companies.

Not going to bother going to get his report. His prior reports on ZIVO weren't worth the time and 99.9% sure this report is the same.
Presuming ZIVO has also dumped doing any business with Maxim too ...... I'm sure part of the reason for the "downgrade" ... LOL.

In fact, I specifically said that is WHY it's a short-term swing as post 'hype'...the volume disappears for months on end. It's also why I sold 95% of what I had.

Frankly, this might be the lowest volume on this ticker that I can recall. So, the one swing opportunity we got December into January may be it for the entire year (barring unforeseen, legitimate news).

And according to ZIVO prior information ..... late in the 4th qtr 2023 (December), production was supposed to go UP nearly 5x. Wonder how many here are getting ZIVOlife on a monthly basis.

AND, the plan was the production was supposed to go up by another 5X from December 2023 volume starting June 2024. Amazes me that ZIVO cannot provide a simple update on that even. Afterall .... a production capable increase on the order of 25X capacity is material to the possibilities and revenue generation while waiting for Payne to land a big fish on coccidiosis.

Mergers/buyouts...deals are happening every day...ZIVO will get theirs...and possibly in a form none of us considered and with a company none of thought of.

The stock trades on nickels lately and drops dollars. Conversely, when this trades on dollars it will spike $1,000's of dollars!

He's HOLDING/INVESTING and praying for some black swan event to make him a shit-ton of money (we call that hopium). THAT is where people get into trouble with this pos ticker (and every pos ticker for that matter). They start believing a 'story' rather than the reality of the situation.

Then, the SWING EVENT is over...and folks didn't sell...which creates the emotion of "I don't wanna miss out if/when it turns back up"...so they hold way longer than they would've otherwise until eventually..."oh shit" moment and they sell out at a big loss. This is even easier when the volume disappears (like it has/does on ZIVO)...and they can make the damn intraday spread 5.50/8.00 for most of the day (like it was today). It doesn't take much to create said emotions when any 100 share block going off on the bid triggers the appearance of a huge down day since the spread is freaking $2.50!

OHHH...and your comment this morning. Ya, it applies to every CEO/CFO and board member they've had since the beginning of time (ie- what are they being paid this much money for with no results).

I'll say it for the 10 millionth time, KNOW WHAT YOU OWN! The 'story' is great...but it's just that...a story...unless/until they prove otherwise.

Sorry to hear that you haven't traded this name more ..... but I understand it isn't everyone's cup of tea.

As noted previous, I have no doubts the algae and the molecular isolates (new discovery) do work and have significant impacts in multiple areas but most notably as you note ... with inflammation. It is the root cause of numerous human and animal health issues. I used to get Proalgazyme way back when for a family member with IBS issues. Cleared that issue up rather nicely. The applications are immense.

It is my opinion and has been for a long time that ZIVO has some answers to some huge health problems but has been completely mismanaged and never has had the right people in place to make it happen. And IMO there is no reason beyond ineptitude why this hasn't already been scaled for neutraceutical / ingredient options. I understand to a point that certain things needed to be protected first but there was nothing but excuses for years.

Your story on the industry and desperation for new non antibiotic options is true and widely known. Yet here ZIVO is with an answer and yet still sits trying to make a deal. The mastitis tests with Dairy Experts .... Zoetis hand picked CRO .... were positive as far as I know and other positive impacts observed .... but tabled. I believe some of that was ZIVO still hadn't ID'd the molecule at that point. Part of the problem with the industry is the good ole boy pharma network and money train. I believe Zoetis wanted synthetic version to make therapeutic or vaccine which I don't think ZIVO could provide at the time. I'm sure Payne has Kristin Peck in his rolodex and sits on same BoD with Zoetis Chief Medical Officer (who just retired) in recent weeks. So mastitis could come back fast ... but as usual..... all about MONEY.
