That's a good question.

They would have to realize some serious revenue and fast or they redraw up some new agreements.

Not down playong their efforts but they are going to need more than viewing free boxing fight and concert to speak the words uplist.

Time to tap into that 3 milly and get this train moving.

Didn't they add 10 billion shares for that acquisition or was that for converting notes? Can't keep up

Based-on-fact..that Xiaomi/Tecno Mobile realized significant-growth..Q1 this likely-translated-well for TekMovil distribution in the regions experiencing this growth that the acquisition value would be significantly higher than both sides anticipated at least 7 months prior.

Distribution was reason TPT selected TekMovil for acquisition..Apple didn’t acquire Google..like you say, they paid so TPT utilizing TekMovil clients Xiaomi/Tecno Mobile for manufacturing is first logical start. TPT would have manufacturing/distribution solidified through TekMovil relationship going forward.

What are you babbling about with ‘distribution’. If it’s in the store, it’s available. If you’re saying it’s pre-installed… well then ok. But telmovil would not have any skin in the game (ie it wouldn’t benefit them) unless they get some sort of kickback on revenues.

Like iPhone has google as its default search engine because google pays apple BIG bucks to be the default. If it didn’t, apple would just have you select which is your preference during the setup process. No need to somehow sugarcoat what happened. There is no acquisition and any sort of ‘distribution’ is some sort of farce in trying to highlight a positive.

Can they have some sort of future business together? Sure but that ain’t anytime soon.

Again. Bear minimum would it would be pre installed on a phone. But that doesn’t give tekmovil really any additional advantage imo.

In the last PR it stated : “TPT Global Tech will provide a detailed financial overview in its upcoming quarterly report, ensuring transparency and keeping stakeholders informed of our financial health and future direction.” (April 10th, PR)

Let’s see if we finally get some insight, and it’s positive…

Maybe maybe maybe people didn’t want to be in this tbjng with it being expert market and knowing they didn’t get tekmovil and bii acquisition. Nahhh. Couldn’t be that right ? When the ceo is silent for weeks on end especially after a promised date… people will leave and move on. There is no conspiracy about it. Not many people are just blindly staying in an otc penny stock with notorious prior missed dates and EM episodes. People in otc have other lances to go.

You were finally learning something earlier though. The share price will move when there is demand which comes with the company and ST3 actually closing something and announcing either funding or revenue generating plans that are actually happening. Until then interest will dwindle and the sp will drop even without dilution. But make no mistake dilution has happened and it was described but the company as lowering the share price. Derp derp.
