Yes. Long term. I agree with Donmilliones though. I thought there was a near term chance of him actually accomplishing something and getting this to something more along the lines of a penny or so. But that seems like a distant goal now. He did say they will lay things out on the next Q but if that’s just the same ol song and dance, people just don’t believe it. There’s a reason why this is in the gutter and the ceo is the responsible person (claiming and promising dates and never meeting them ).

It’s a tall order for sure. The soccer deal may be ‘something’ but it’s not the big revenue generating piece just yet. Maybe they do have something in their back pocket but last coupe of months have been a doozy with expert market three times and losing tekmovil. (Which was supposed to be their big ticket). Oh well

Blue Collar is doing some things too. Looks like new content with Intel which is good to see. Couple other new items on their site too. Wiz Khalifa, Michigan Spartans and more. Intel is just more intriguing, especially with this specific campaign and target market.

Company isn’t even rule 15c2-11 compliant and based on recent history stock will drop to expert market again when 10q is submitted late. CEO does not care about short term status of stock, he is focused on long term if he can put all the pieces together. Big task!

That’s because people were hoping for news about telmovil acquisition which would have significantly improved the balance sheets. But no go. We have a few people who think it’s not worth it right now and while Vume was ‘neat’, it currently offers no revenue generation in the near term.

Traders completely control shareprice…look to gme/amc…down/or up this is what traders have controll to do when they work together..we’re seeing it daily with TPT but with the decline for now.

This has been ongoing and originally started in the $30-35 million needed to fund their plan.

As for crowd funding … people made fun of ST3 long ago for doing this. But the funny thing is, he’s amassed several companies including Speed Connect with revenues (albeit dwindling now) after the fact.

Tekmovil was supposed to be the path to getting revenues and making a mutually beneficial entity (open g up some of those revenues and bringing a much better balance sheet). While the ship has sailed, at least Vume has started doing ‘something’. They need to start showing the value of it. It was always weird to me st3 just asking for $5 a share in series E shares with a company that didn’t really have a product generating any exposure or value. So now that vume has started, maybe we can see some value in it to justify the ask of $5 series E shares.

Let’s see what st3 has to surprise us in the next few months. I mean they got the soccer thing coming in the fall but Vume has to be a much wider ecosystem than what we have seen so far. And it needs to be a better ecosystem before any talk of being pre installed on any phones.

Anywho. The $50 mil ask was always a thing.
The next round of funding will come from the equity financing which is why the 10 billion+ in AS had to increase. (Plus what someone else said… ST3s poison pill series A shares).

Based-on-fact..that Xiaomi/Tecno Mobile realized significant-growth..Q1 this likely-translated-well for TekMovil distribution in the regions experiencing this growth that the acquisition value would be significantly higher than both sides anticipated at least 7 months prior.

TekMovil could still be distributing VuMe..acquisition termination didn’t communicate termination of distributing for VuMe.
