We Know its Salud Esmeralda USA/Vitallia Health on the way. They will need to address the 10000/1 RS they tried to pull over on the Wyoming name change. Something happened there. The way this all unfolded was horrendous at best. Its going to be hard to instill positive sentiment going forward unless something major happens. And not a peep from the DiPrima who supposedly "talked to shareholders" I dont believe anyone talked to him.
I thought the silence was a good thing for awhile, as it seemed they were working behind to the scenes, but its been almost a year since the LOI and subsequent termination.. and still no word from DiPrima about his company/plans, why or hows. Tis the OTC though.

ON March 28th Deprima 9in PAOG's Annual Report said the Merger with Salud Esmeralda Mexico had.... NOT YET BEEN COMPLETED". I for one took that wording to indicate the merger was going to happen. However, not surprisingly considering Deprima's track record, Deprima in the First Q Report issued on May 8th stated the LOI was terminated. Stunning the developments which occurred in 41 days....a merger which had not been completed, worded as such that it was being processed, to termination!
On to the next faux business endeavor.

The latest Quarterly of PAOG talks about a PHASE 1 COPD trial! This is in fact an old recycled release of PAOG of several yrs ago as is the claim of a new business purpose of LIFESTYLE HEALTH for its current business model. This too is a rehash of a former claimed business endeavor.

Deprima certified on March 28th in PAOG's 2023 Annual report that the acquisition of Salud Esmeralda "was not yet completed" On May 8th in the 2024 First Q Report Deprima certified that the transaction with Salud Esmeralda had been terminated. So in 41 days, from 3/18 to 5/8/23 the Salud Esmeralda transaction was still in play? The Brooklyn Bridge is for sale and Deprima has issued an LOI that his company PAOG is going to buy it. Time for the next play, or is it ploy!
