Same dilemma I have. I too want to be supportive/optimistic but finding it more difficult every day.
While the Acquisition/merger most likely would take a fair amount of time to effect, a timeframe should have been announced at some point, even at the time the LOI was made. Now PAOG is a falling knife and fewer want to catch it. Deprima can say something if only that the intent of the parties is to complete the transaction.

The dates on previous filings are correct but this bubble burst already. You can’t ever base yourself only on verbal statements or LOI from a Penny stock CEO. There is not proof on paper and not assurances. It almost feels like he is stalling. It is sad but hey, fool money is where it is found atOTC . It is said for a reason

So, per history I noticed PAOG to submit fillings on the 14th and if late, or nothing submitted then up to the 18th of any month tho. Now it is the 15th, if I am certain, CEO shall be sending some updates pretty soon. Rumors updates are coming. I will give him the benefit of doubt

Deprima time to put up or get straight with the shareholders! Captiva ditched the acquisition of Salud Esmeralda Mexico, and you then announced an LOI months ago! With PURA no announcement that I could find of terminating the acquisition until a Quarterly Report of "unwinding" the acquisition. No way to do business.

The recent PAOG annual 2023 report would have indicted a RS and name change, but they did not! A 10,000 RS would engender a class action suit against Deprima and other BOD members, as well as a SEC Complaint IMO as such RS would have legally been required to be noted.

This without adding previous executives resignation due to questionable, not proven in court practices. It is just a letter of intent, nothing else. This is all based on putting hope of the integrity of this CEO. I don’t know him and never heard of him somewhere else. This is a ploy to scare people into selling. Its a real filing, however...It cant and wont happen. While an RS is always a possibility, nothing is set in stone until FINRA gives a date, also a company can cancel at any time. PAOG would have to put in their OTC disclosures of any such action. There is none. PAO is not Vitallia Health or vice versa. There is no RS filed or being processed. PAO Group Inc(ACTIVE) would have to have the same filing in Wyoming, with Vitallia Health and the same wording thereof, also in quarterly and annual OTC disclosures of any name change or any corporate action. There is none.

PAO Group Inc shouldnt even be on that Vitallia Health's(created 4 years and paperwork, as they were a dissolved(archived) entity in both Nevada and Wyoming(hence the shell badge on the stock) up until 2/21/2024.
Can it happen in the future? Sure. In my opinion I dont think they will, companies dont reverse split their shares when there are 60%(3.1 billion) left to issue, especially when the liquidity is everything below a penny in the OTC and can grow organically. They still have unissued debt conversions from 2016-2019 with CDN Associates(Shaun Diedrich) at 50% the lowest bid price.

This will have to be addressed by PAOG management once they start communication. I can agree on that. Worried? Not at all.
