Share Structure updated recently and still the same, 62,570,659 Shares Outstanding and a lot of those shares are in insiders hands!

they got the "delinquent SEC reporting" stop sign removed sometime in February I believe..... maybe Attorney Letter is all that is stopping this, but I think Attorney Letter is more to get the "Shell Risk" removed..... I wish I knew because this is such a low float stock and will move big once people can start buying again.

Very Nice when this goes current it's going to make a very nice move upward. Especially if we get a nice reverse merger here. I may try getting to a million shares and just sit tight on them.

we are at 300k shares right now (my friends).... as far as filings go, they are technically "current" since "stop sign" was removed after the last batch of filings were submitted on 2-25-2021. Im not sure, but we may need an Attorney Letter also, and I check daily for it.

Got 500K here and wouldn't mind getting some more. What other filings will they need to get us current. This should see .03-.05 cents once it's brought current.

yes they did, otcmarkets.com doesn't show "delinquent" anymore...... Caveat Emperor is still there though and I dont know what it'll take to get it off. I will try to look into it this weekend.

LEGX still hasn't filed their Quarterlies for this year and I think that is all they need to do, with Attorney Letter, to get back to "Pink Current."

LEGX is going to be revoked by the SEC on March 5th because the company didnt bother to respond to back to the SEC.

something is up... looking at the trade data there were a lot of 10k share buys in intervals of 3 seconds then 6 seconds. Ive seen interval buys seconds apart and those tickers have usually done real good for me!!!!

I held this at a loss since they were a beauty product company. They went to a dna pen company that sucked me in deeper. I left it on my watchlist with a huge loss for years to remind me not to be STUPID!!! when low and behold last fall the pps started going up, I sold and got out for a minimal loss after years of waiting.

just a heads up: there is another ticker that I am following that is Caveat Emperor and they posted an "attorney letter" 10 days ago and they are still not current..... im not saying it'll be the same for LEGX but it may take a while for it to be removed here.

it was my friends that bought yesterday.... they use TDAmeritrade and TDAmeritrade won't let you buy Caveat Emperor stocks anymore, thats why they bought yesterday.

I am hoping that Caveat Emperor will be gone soon since Company is producing filings very fast. I am honestly thinking that by 2-15 the last 3 filings due will be submitted and Caveat Emperor will come off with pink current status.

TDAmeritrade just let my friend buy LEGX... today is the last day to buy Caveat Emperor stocks on TDAmeritrade thats why he bought.

Lets hope Caveat Emperor goes away and we will all be able to buy LEGX again!

to be honest I dont think it will be that challenging to come off Caveat Emperor because of all of the filings that have been coming out. It won't take much more, the hard part is just about done IMO.

LegacyXchange, Inc., formerly known as True 2 Beauty, Inc. (the “Company”) was originally incorporated as Burrow Mining, Inc., a Nevada corporation, on December 11, 2006. In February 2010, the Company shifted its focus to the beauty industry and later amended its Articles of Incorporation and changed its name to True 2 Beauty, Inc., to better reflect its new business focus.



On July 10, 2012, the Company formed a new wholly owned subsidiary True2Bid, Inc. (“True2Bid”) which was incorporated in the state of Nevada. This subsidiary’s name was changed to LegacyXchange, Inc. (“LegacyXchange”) in December 2014. The Company continued to sell existing inventory of beauty products through May 2013 when the final inventory was sold. LegacyXchange operates an online e-commerce platform focused on delivering users a wide array of sports and entertainment related products that can be won in an action-packed environment of a live auction. E-Trade has blocked buying LEGX due to it being a Caveat Emperor stock for a few months already and TDAmeritrade will stop at the end of this month.
