I will have to agree on this one to a degree. The number of shareholders then is similar to now. Most just own way more than before. Some of the same players, some new ones. I own my share here.

I'm not bitter at all. Because I haven't lost what you have lost. I told you all that I would buy at trip 3 and I have done that. So I'm in right now. But I'll be selling at the very first gain, as I usually do. So when this hits trip 4, I'm out again. I'm a flipper here, not an investor.

That was a long long time ago. Much has changed since then. For one, the current share structure is much much different and virtually prohibits a move like that again. There's an old shopworn saying: "Past performance is no guarantee of future results."

But I agree. The amount of shares being diluted shows what they are planning. And now I’m thinking it’s between 100-1000:1. Just my opinion.

Their S1 shows what they want to do post RS. Even though it doesn’t mean anything. I’m sure the sp will have its day. Whether that be a penny or not who knows and who cares. OTC is all about risk and dabbling.

And the numbers this "company" gives to the SEC show a shocking and continual decrease in revenues while building up staggering, insurmountable debt. The only way this concern continues is to once again reverse split and start the downward spiral all over again.

A penny pre-split? They have nothing, and are doing nothing, that would warrant a market cap of $37M. The share price will see a penny again, for sure. But split adjusted, your investment will never see a penny again. It's long past time that longs accept that they've made a bad investment and that all hope is gone. We all make bad investments from time to time. There's no sin in that. But hoping against hope, well that's another story altogether.

Well. There will be a RS at some point. So is it a penny pre or post ? Of course we want pre.

Guess we wait through the summer and fall for the soccer thing. Even that won’t cut it unless the app is polished and has more interactive features. As I said (and sloppy as well), this is only part of the app.

My question though, is, what have they been doing with vume since 2016-2017. What have they been doing all these years if this is all they have to show for it? Has to be more. If there isn’t, st3 was swindled. Just looking at the current setup, there are website builders, app builders… he’ll, even co-ops that could have done a better job as a temporary vume ppv platform. But I’m hoping it’s planned this way. Play dumb while they figure a few things out. Still not that great of a look for investors of many years.

Super slow. And his promises haven’t come through in the least. So my expectations are low even for fall. He doesn’t have the financing and that’s the number one thing. Roy is doing a great job. If it weren’t for him, vume wouldn’t even be a thing. So there is hope. And that hope is Roy keeps doing these fights, they build some momentum, get financing and start the real fireworks. Of course we’ve been saying this for year.

The funny part is that you are apparently a true believer in tptw.

And for the record, I'm rooting for $TPTW. But I'm not deluded. This will never hit a penny again. I'll be completely happy with trip 4. That's a healthy 33% gain. Hopefully in just a month or so. No one can argue with that type of annualized return.

They aren't ready yet. Their sites are all over the place right now.

They haven't even PR'd these events yet, and I am not sure why. They have a lot to tighten up.

Maybe a little enticement to the PPV purchasers would help. Include a set of Ear Buds or team up with brother George for a real autographed photo (8' x 10" or 5" x 7") of the 2 time Heavyweight Champion. I'm sure with their buying power Quality Ear Buds can be purchased in the $1.00 range. It's worth a cheap try.

And do you think the value of a penny in 26 years is going to be anywhere near what it is today?

the funny thing is that even if this took 26 years to hit a penny, it would still perform better than traditional markets based on my DCA

We aren't seeing the full app Ken. You know that, but yes I do agree (this portion of the app won't cut it) until they ink a Signiant deal. I am sure they are all working on it. Roy especially. He has much to gain from VuMe success.

I have looked into Derrick Woods as well (Boss Production) and he has several great connections too, and he has a events that should help promote VuMe's capabilities.

It's just coming along slowly. But agree, we need a major event and ink something big. Couldn't agree more. I think it is coming, but more waiting...

I am not thrilled (and neither are others) how piecemealed it all is right now being a tech company, but it sounds like they will have it all sorted out for the "summer launch" of the full app. Time will tell.

This Ticker ain’t going nowhere without some significant inked deal … even tekmovil is already off the grid like most of ST3 his lies ! Curious..how close to company’s hypothesis came to fruition…perhaps beyond.

Blue Collar offers direct-insight into how VuMe can streamline current inefficiencies which is particularly why VuMe was so fascinating for me…going for the production elements initially to attract new content on a quality basis cuz quality attracts quality..the rest will be for amateurs attracting amateurs while VuMe remains cutting edge is how I see it

Hmm well amateur is volume but not quality..Money is on quality production capabilities for mass audience..the money can’t be made from content creators without cost-saving efficiencies for current content creators to get them to switch/start with/to VuMe. VuMe likely gets piece of CC/viewer as viewer cares less how it’s done as long as it’s done and the better quality content ultimately will attract all audiences..who doesn’t want the best content?
