Just curious (Because I don’t have access to that data) What MM is it? I’m also curious what your projected timeframe is….I know it’s impossible to really project time frames but thought I would ask anyway.

The product is not approved for sale in Florida
But Florida is not an easy state for agricultural approvals or it costs to much in fees to pay Florida.
From what i understand is it is a great product but their financial reporting doesn’t show they sell enough of it.
I ordered it to be sent to my NJ home

I believe AS increase was last year, where this was TA verified as of April of this year so the only unaccounted for shares would be since April imo. I dont see them dropping SEC until being current but even after that, SEC is preferred over OTCM imo. Attorneys vs audits, truth would be easier to find out with audits even if they are still dirty.

I have a hunch this could be a killer runner but the wall is coming up to our backs pretty quick here so we shall see.

Thanks for sharing. I'd be more comfortable with whoever is in charge filing a Form 15 at this point. Being SEC Reporting and delinquent is a very bad thing. Looks like he/she already has IQ Access, so why not just go that route. Also there was a recent increase in AS and I don't see it being TA Verified so there are lots of ifs and questions.

OTCN is at 0.0321 if everyone put their sell orders in that high it would run but like i said everyone would have to do it.

RSPI still has not filed but the they have put out 8-k’s which made the stock run.

I am worried Grist plans to take this to expert market. Default nevada business license and late on annual and quarterly for public filings. If he is control, he is doing the same and eventually worse than prior management.

An update would be nice. The more a CEO provides up dates then more investor confidence will increase.

There's an over arching factoid. We're on the ground floor. A ticker's 2nd act. New controlling interest. A plan. Speculation. All the lifeblood of this lil world called the OTC. Moreover these plays you don't look at daily even weekly. You tuck them away and let them percolate on their own timeline.

I'm not all that concerned about brokers that won't allow trading because most players at these price levels are specifically using brokers that will allow this type of thing.. he did say it was going to take some time to be fully reporting and I am of the thought it will be moving from Nevada.

It's going to have to get back to pink current, most US brokers don't allow buying of pink limited. That will kill any momentum if PL lasts too long.
