They know retail likely won’t touch it…it it was still on NASDAQ, retail pours TONS of money into these cheaply priced stocks like $FFIE $CRKN $GWAY to run up. Its in their filings. Their asset value is 1.50 a share. They are trading at 2.5 million market cap. Whats getting interesting is the news of Chinese government commiting 300 billion yuan to bail out these real estate companys. Timing. Crazy value play down here at these lows.
