I was looking more for a reason as to why CUSIP was suspended, essence or explanation. So when I see this scenario in the future, I steer far clear away from it as possible. As far as I can tell, they were abusing the EDGAR system. That's a big No No.

There may be a brokerage that allows it, but from everything I've seen, they are few and far between.
