No worries about that, its only ONE GUY as far as I know & he entered above $4 over 10 years ago & has been furiously pumping this the entire way down... but nobody listens to him or cares about his losses.

Fwiw, adding a BILLION dilutive shares to the O/S should certainly be concerning to anyone who has shares.

As a trader of penny stocks for over 25 yrs. I have learned the hard way starting with Xybernaut 1997 and then trading marijuana stocks (with Derek Peterson and Michael James ) in 2016 and then LIBE a Brian Con-way( few examples) that you will never survive by buying low and selling high using your own money !!!
One has to trade the piss out of a stock so as to be able to have at a minimum 1 Million shares at no cost..........cause most stocks will be forced to do a RS so as to exit the OTCM and uplist to Nasdaq.

Once this starts is not a high standard. The CEO f’ed up and created an environment where it isn’t trading. He is clearly no genius. I think he knows he screwed up traveling without finalizing the report and releasing before the deadline. There is nothing good about what is happening. He stopped updating shareholder on Twitter likely because the auditor has more work than a few days will remedy. If CG would have started this project weeks ago, we wouldn’t be in this EM position. If this delinquency was a surprise to the CEO, he needs to check himself.
