Another buy of 20,000 at the .044 offer and the 71,000 size still the same…

I see trades being bought at the .044 offer the last several days and the 71,000 size hasn’t changed, I wonder how much is really there?

Now that the fins are updated, the first quarter and attorney letter should be out shortly imo and the yield sign removed, just my guesstimate…

Agreed - the American judicial system is as corrupt as any in a third world country. So I don’t see any point to going back to the same corrupt system. Unless they had some evidence that David Vander Thief bribed a judge or something. Which of course, knowing what a scumbag he is it wouldn’t surprise me in the least. Otherwise I think the courts would just be a long, expensive dead end - again.

Test, testing and testing results. Doesn't sound like they were ready to me. Sounds like they were testing. If they were ready to sell, why call it a testing partner/system after the fact? Why ask for further testing? Why say the outcome couldn't be known? Why ask to keep it confidential if you're ready to solicit?

Good Lord, he called Agri-Energy the testing partner and wanted to test it in a commercial test system before any potential on-sale bar. HELLO?

Somebody sold at .0122 and someone bought those shares. Feel sorry for both the seller and buyer. The seller lost on their investment unless they got the shares for free and the buyer would have been better buying banana's on sale and made banana bread instead of waiting with the rest to watch the sun finally set on this 'company'.

Somebody made a bad investment in GERS today. .0122 is too much for this company.

No one knows what KK gets or if it is KKs or gers!!! Secondly, The K shares get NO pvsp shares as current common shareholders will own 80% of pvsp with the remaining 20% being used for debt service. What any of this means relative to $$$$ is anyone’s GUESS at this time. As such, your posts are merely hyperbolic rhetoric at this point, as they always are.

Investing in stocks has been a (censored) roller coaster ride for me the last 40 years. Started out with stock brokers and news via Barron's or the Wall Street Journal. All quickly replaced by cyber such as Scottrade, and now it's all electronic.

Only thing that has not changed is words like greed, hope, maybe, what if, reality.

Some companies were fantastic investments. Most were disappointments. Enron, Kmart, wow what a (censored) ride!

GERS has been an interesting investment. A total loss for me since the beginning as I had great hope for their technology only to get sucked into a long legal battle filled with words such as, hope, what if, maybe, and of course, greed.

Today the stock still trades. Based on what is now ambiguous. There is talk of investors receiving shares of PVSP. There are rumors that the company is going after lawyers. There are more words.

Trading range between .12 and .04. That's reality. There is no news coming out from KK regarding this company and yet here I am. Owner of 81,877 shares of GERS with a cost average per share being so (censored) high I prefer to forget all the reverse splits and drama.

I'm going to hold onto those shares until it either goes much higher in share price or finally is buried in history along with all the other failures greed bestows. Either situation is preferable to this current status of limbo.

Do I have hope for this company? No.
Is there a possibility something good will occur for new investors? Not really but .0001 % possible is better that 100% not.
What if PVSP shares are issued, will this impact the stock price of GERS? I have no idea other than to speculate that unless that possibility occurs in conjunction with something 'real' from GERS the company itself, it will probably not have much impact as PVSP is a trash penny stock with billions of almost worthless shares and really not worthy of being called an investment stock.

It would have been nice if KK had married GERS with LODE instead but that just brings up another common word, fantasy.

Regardless, what a ride it has been owning and investing in an idea which is now in most ethanol used in gasoline. Investors in the other ethanol companies reaped the benefits of what GERS investors should have had. Investors in the new biofuel companies will benefit. And the word, greed, shall continue to endure.

You've thought, and know, more about this than I have/do.

I was looking for patterns that might indicate a large position liquidation strategy( ies)..

You're theory is a lot more bullish than mine.

If that's the case.. the marketprice would be pulled downward to the current bid at say 0.04. Even if you put a larger order to sell just below the current posted ask (to liquidate your large position), that order would normally just float there unresolved (since the current bid is unchanged).. it just lowered the current ask somewhat. Where would the interest suddenly come from to buy at the current ask? I can't imagine a rebound where somebody buys stock at double the marketprice, only if that somebody thinks it's worth it to get a position at that price.

Your theory would make more sense if it's reversed.
- Someone wants a bigger position, but presumably there are not many shares offered at the current ask (and someone doesn't want to drive the price further up beyond the current ask, before having amassed that bigger position).
- So, someone pulls the market to 0.04 (by selling a small amount into the bid), and by doing so encourages current holders to sell larger volumes at the ask, or triggers a couple of automatic sell orders (because the marketprice is abruptly getting lower).
- More shares are offered around the current ask, so someone can get a bigger position without really driving the price beyond the current ask.

So, my theory still: there is someone who is anticipating on some possible upcoming development.

To be more specific, I suspect one of our self-proclaimed "whales" has engaged the services of a "large position liquidator" that routinely sell a few (100) shares at the low bid( ..04) then places an order to sell ( on an unreported exchange) just under the current posted ask for GERS. So slam the price on a couple of shares , then make a sale of a meaningful volume on the rebound. Rinse and repeat. Peace.

Selling into the reaction, could be. But it seems to be behaving too erratically. And: if someone was selling into the reaction, still someone is buying. And as far as I can see: The last trade of yesterday was somebody buying around $1k in the ask (approx 12k shares at 0.09), which would seem a strange reaction. Who buys at 0.09 if you could buy at 0.05 with a little patience (the price it was hovering around the last couple of weeks)? It could be somebody just taking a gamble (as it always is in the end ofcourse), or anticipation on some possible upcoming development (which.. still makes it just a gamble). I'm still anticipating on some possible upcoming development, but I am not buying any more than I already have. So there are other and maybe bigger fools around!

Ballot, you may be right. But it is nice to see a pulse. It would also be nice to hear from Kevin again. Maybe some insight into next year..

reaction. If PVSP follows through with it's promise to spin off , and KK follows through with his promises, THEN maybe some movement. You think ?

What a day for GERS! Wow!

What is it this company does now? Ethanol? Weed?

What was I thinking when I first invested in what was going to be a breakthrough in ethanol and now it's a shell of something.

Suppose selling at .04 or less would help but then I'd feel guilty for the poor slob buying the shares.

At this point, the best is to watch the spark sputter some more and then burn out like all the rest of the shit I've ever invested in.

Bitter? Fucking A++++ skippy. And no one to blame but myself.

Did I learn anything from investing in shit? Nope. Still do. Invested in LODE and PVSP which is also affiliated with KK and company.

If anyone reads this thinking about investing in anything KK touches, then you're as stupid and hopeless as me.

Buy bags of rice instead, or bottled water. Much better investment as food is waaaaay better than the stock market.

As for more litigation of patents and suing lawyers, ain't gonna happen. Better chance of Biden getting elected to a third term when he turns 102.

Finally figured out what's next for GERS.
First, the stock price will stay between .01 and .08 for the next ten years. During this time Trump will be elected and then a crazy person will remove/ delete him. This will cause nothing to happen for GERS. A woman will then become the president and again this will cause nothing to happen for GERS. The woman will serve two terms.

After ten years KK will decide to become a woman. He will be inspired by the first woman president.He will be an ugly woman .

Next, the aliens invade and do a lot of probing. This will cause humans to try to escape. Again, nothing will occur of GERS. However a lot a people will die in space when they run out of oxygen.

About 100 years from now civilization will no longer exist. A lot of cockroaches will be eating twinkies. The aliens will have fled after probing all the humans. GERS however, will still be trading between .01 and .08 by computers still left running. It soothes their algorhythms .

OR

in the next few seconds, news will come out that KK is still firmly a man and the price of GERS will soar to unheard of highs of .09.

gers... What was it that turned the Judge(s) against us in the 21 Co' infringement case? Could it have been the lawyers, who were to be paid a so and so % when the judgement went for GERS, and said we had enough and just did the minimum am't of work just to look active..or was it a mistake the Boys made on one or two of the cases, which then carried over to the rest of them? or was it a lack of documentation and/or proof due to poor bookkeeping or other reason(s?) The Boys may have been right, but the codgy old veterans on the other side, who had more experience about such matters, just won on the basis of a couple of phone calls w Brainchip that proved that no contract had been made between them?

I know one thing, and that is that I know little about the whole affair?
