Agriterra announces that it received notification on 16 August 2017 that following a disposal of Ordinary Shares on 15 August 2017, Peter Gyllenhammar AB is now interested in 14,730,075 Ordinary Shares, as a result of which Peter Gyllenhammar AB no longer holds a notifiable interest in the issued ordinary share capital and voting rights of the Company.
