NOTICE OF INTRADAY REBALANCE

Leverage Shares plc (the ("Issuer") hereby gives notice that at 11:21:06 EST on 12.06.2023 (the "Trigger Time"), the price of XPeng Inc. ADR (XPEV) (the "Reference Asset") for the Leverage Shares -3x Short Xpeng ETP (ISIN: XS2472332886) (the "ETP Securities") reached a trading price of $10.35 on exchange (the "Trigger Value"), representing a increase of 16.69% from its previous closing price of $$8.87, thereby crossing the 16.67% set in the index methodology for the iSTOXX 3x Inverse Leveraged XPEV Index (the "Index").

Starting 5 minutes after the Trigger Time, the Issuer carried out an intraday rebalance over the 10-minute period following the Trigger Time using the Trigger Value as the reference (the "Intraday Rebalance"), achieving an average price of $10.27183 and setting an ETP Security Value of $0.51414 (the "Rebalanced ETP Security Value").
