XCAP (AIM: XCAP), the independent wealth management and capital markets investment bank announces that following the recent placing of shares by the Company, Henderson Global Investors Limited notified the Company on 18 November that its interest in the Company had increased from 141,000,000 ordinary shares to 203,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 9.75 per cent. of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Christopher Potts' total shareholding remains at 112,431,999 ordinary shares reducing to 5.39 per cent. of the current issued ordinary share capital.
