Receipt of funds

The Company is pleased to announce that, further to the information included in
the Company's interim results published on 20 November 2006, the Company has now
received #1.2 million in relation to the buy back by the original vendors of the
Company's property in Southport. The balance of the consideration receivable
from the original vendors, including the appropriate additional interest
payment, is due to be received by the Company within the next six months.
