Director shareholding

The Company was informed yesterday that on 8 June 2007 Harvey Shulman, managing
director of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company at a price of 97p per share.

Following the above transaction, Harvey Shulman is interested in a total of
2,316,981 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 59.4% of
the total voting rights of the Company.
