Director shareholding

The Company was informed today that Harvey Shulman, managing director of the
Company, today purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at
a price of 97p per share.

Following the above transaction, Harvey Shulman is interested in a total of
2,296,981 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 58.9% of
the total voting rights of the Company.
