Director shareholding

The Company was informed on 27 April that on 26 April 2007 Harvey Shulman,
managing director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the capital
of the Company at a price of 85p per share.

Following the above transaction, Harvey Shulman is interested in a total of
2,271,981 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 58.2% of
the total voting rights of the Company.
