Holdings in Company

Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:WHL), the corporate and institutional stockbroking group, has been notified by Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited ("BCB") of a change in its shareholding. Following the notification earlier today, BCB has an interest in 15,235,277 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 46.13% of Westhouse's issued share capital.

Following the recent issue of Ordinary Shares, the directors' percentage holdings in the Company, as a result of the dilution, are as follows:
