CHANGE OF ACCOUNTING REFERENCE DATE

WFCA announces that in reaction to a further decline in its clients marketing budgets since the interim statement, it intends to substantially impair its goodwill, currently valued at GBP8,760,324, to a value close to GBP2.5 million. To expedite this, it intends to bring forward its financial reporting period to the 30th April and will provide a preliminary announcement on the 9th July.
