                             AGM RESOLUTIONS PASSED



At the Ultimate Leisure Group plc AGM this morning all resolutions were passed.


In particular and following the passing of the resolution at the AGM, we will be
formally changing the name of the company to 'Premium Bars and Restaurants plc'
with effect from 7 December 2007. The last two years have seen the
transformation of the Group following significant investment in core sites,
divestment of non-core sites and acquisitions that have expanded our geographic
footprint outside our traditional North East heartland and also increased our
exposure to food income. The Board believes that the name change better reflects
the Group's business and is more appropriate for the future direction and
strategy of the company. The EPIC for the company will be PBR.
