Interim Management Statement for the Quarter Ended 30 June 2007


Triple Point VCT plc has pleasure in presenting its interim management statement
for the quarter ended 30 June 2007.  This constitutes the company's first
interim management statement for the financial year ending 31 March 2008, as
required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.3.


Net assets at 30 June 2007 comprised:-

The existing C class of ordinary shares were converted into ordinary shares
effective 31 March 2007 so that there is now a single class of ordinary shares
in issue which at 30 June 2007 comprised 31,990,482 shares.  During the quarter
ended 30 June 2007 no shares were issued and no shares were repurchased by the
company for cancellation.


Investment Activity

A further #4.7m of qualifying investments were made during the quarter so that
the company is progressing towards its objective of being 70% invested in VCT
qualifying holdings.  Additions during the quarter were as follows:

Material Events and Transactions

Other than the investment activity described above and a further follow on
investment of #580,000 made after the quarter end, the company's board is
unaware of any significant event or transaction which has occurred between 1
April 2007 and the date of publication of this statement which would have a
material impact on the company's financial position.
