Taliesin Property Fund Limited ('Taliesin' or the 'Company')

Retirement of Non-Executive Director


On 7 October 2015 Taliesin announced that Philip Burgin, a non-executive director of the Company since its admission to AIM in 2007, intended to retire from the Board following consent from the Jersey Financial Services Commission ("JFSC").  Taliesin was informed today that JFSC approval has been received and accordingly Philip Burgin has now retired from the Board.

The Board would like to thank Philip for his contribution to the Company since his appointment.
