The Company was advised on 1 February 2010 that on 29 January 2009, Philippos 
Vatiliotis, Non-Executive Chairman, has been gifted 300,000 ordinary shares of 
Eur 0.02 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company by a relative. 
 
Following this gift, Philippos Vatiliotis has a total beneficial interest in 
2,188,447 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.4% of the current issued 
share capital of the Company.
